People or businesses well known by the public or the media are often fighting for the right to their privacy. We have been involved in multiple cases such as this, where our clients have been betrayed by someone, or a business close to them. It is often a simple case of process by elimination to determine who or how this occurred.

In many instances the situation is sadly much deeper than it first appears, where money, greed and deceit all play a role. The most important element in a case like this, where lawyers, barristers & investigators are involved, is trust. The client at specific stages during such an ordeal, will often have doubts as to the information provided.

In such a case, as with the many we have managed, it is very important to ensure the collected information is without ambiguity, doubt and especially compromise. On one such case with an extremely well-known family, evidence suggested that money was the key factor in the betrayal.

Close targeted surveillance using discreet methods eventually pointed the way to an individual who previously worked for the client. Using former connections to obtain private information, was then 'cashed in' to the highest bidder in order expose our client for further monies. We were successful in identifying both the parties responsible for the ordeal.
